If oNLy........

Last August(2008), I switched to a new company. Still in the same industry, rubber glove. Like this company lot lot. Received a lot of guidance, learned a lot of new thing, FRIENDLY colleagues. But, recently, my mind&heart is in dilemma. Mainly because I heard too many RUMOURS in the company. This people like this…….., like that…….., work attitude, IRRESPONSIBILITY, backstabbing, bitching …….Sometime, I just ask myself, How can they do that? Where is their heart? Don’t they have sympathy? In the end, we are the one who has to go the extra mile. But, I don’t mind, I’m curious to learn. Instead, I learn more.

If only everyone can have a kind heart…………
If only everyone can just do their job properly……….
If only everyone shows responsibility……………
If only everyone can communicate well…………

I believe that if everyone can do their part, there will be less problem, less blaming, a strong team and more efficient& effective work.

After thinking this for 1 week, I finally made a decision. I will only listen, filter the discouraging, and inhale the positive ones. Good or bad, I still need to work. I can’t slow down. I must continuously pick up. As I might jobless in this economic slowdown. Thus, I must secure this job. LUCKY I AM =)

So, I must be strong & brave in facing this challenge. Work is never easy. I will never give up, continue learning, experimenting and DO MY BEST !! Leave the rest to God…….
